| It is very important that instruments are always in good working condition.
Students should take care to regularly clean and maintain their instrument.
Please see your band method book for details on how to care for your specific instrument. If for some reason the instrument needs to be repaired it is crucial that
it is taken care of right away. For those who rent from other than
Quinlan & Fabish or own your instrument, it is purely your responsibility
to make sure it gets repaired in a timely manner, and if possible that
the student has a loaner instrument to play until their instrument is repaired.
Occasionally we have school loaners available, please check with Miss Wallner.
If you have rented with Quinlan & Fabish, our representative is
at school once per week. If you need a repair done please call the
store and notify them that an instrument needs to be picked up and you
will need a loaner dropped off. Without prior notification they will
not know to bring a loaner instrument and your child may be without an
instrument for some time. You will be responsible for any and all
payment for the repair (if you do not have the insurance), as the school is
only a drop-off and pick-up place for you convenience.
